Our customized full-day workshops provide an in-depth and detailed look at the Enneagram, exploring multiple aspects of the Personality System, including the Enneagram’s three survival instincts. This format includes interactive breakout sessions where students are separated into small groups to engage in exercises that facilitate a more integrated understanding of the material. The full-day program provides a more immersive learning experience than shorter programs, resulting in a more nuanced understanding of human personality. With this newfound insight into themselves and others, individuals, groups and teams can become better equipped to interact, resolve conflict, and operate more effectively. 

Aletheia's half-day course can help groups and teams better understand themselves and others by exploring the motivations and behaviors of the nine Enneagram types. Students are typically broken up into small groups for exercises that focus on increasing self-awareness and awareness of others. Understanding the Enneagram remolds the prism through which attendees see the world and can positively influence the cohesion of team dynamics. By cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves and their colleagues, groups and teams can become better equipped to interact, resolve conflict and operate at more productive and effective levels.

After a Typing Interview Session, many people may wish to explore further to understand their Enneagram personality type as well as the types of others. In this private setting, clients can dive deeper into the strengths and weaknesses of their personalities through the lens of the Enneagram. This information can significantly improve self-awareness and how we see and interact with others. Private consults can be useful to individuals, businesses and organizations to further their understanding of the Enneagram Personality System and its many practical applications. These applications can include but are not limited to improved personal and professional relationships, conflict resolution, employee management, team building and client  relations/sales.

The study of the Enneagram is a journey full of nuance and insight that never ends. A multi-day immersion allows for the time and space to explore the material and apply it in a range of ways. During the extended session, the format can cover many topics, including team building, conflict resolution, relationships and other relevant areas of interest. Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the material to a substantially greater extent allowing them to explore many ways to apply the information to their personal and professional lives. Away from the interruptions of daily life, the workshop facilitates an experience that can forever change the way attendees see themselves and interact with others.

Introductory classes are generally 60 or 90 minutes and provide a brief overview of the nine Enneagram personality types. The introductory class can be an eye-opening experience for those who have little or no exposure to the system. Understanding the Enneagram Personality System can substantially alter our worldview and set us on the road to better personal and professional relationships.
