William A. Stavros, Esq.

Admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1996, Will has more than 25 years of courtroom trial experience and has represented thousands of people in court. He practices in both the State and Federal Courts and is dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of his clients through aggressive and personalized representation.

However, his passion for personalized interaction inspired the pursuit of a career in Enneagram Consulting. Will became a trial lawyer because he thrives on intensity, complex human dynamics, and a rigorous approach to human motivations. This fascination led him to study the Enneagram and how it impacts his clients, his trial strategy and his personal relationships in daily life.

Will shines as an energetic and interactive trainer, teacher and consultant, teaching one of the most powerful and insightful tools for understanding human behavior. Will’s clients work with him through a variety of tailored workshops to learn how people’s core motivations translate into their personal and professional lives.

Aletheia Consulting Founder, William Stavros, has led a long and storied career that showcases his mastery of communication in many formats.

Debate - At a young age, Will was noticed for his sense of humor, dynamic personality, and ability to capture the attention of audiences with his charismatic communication style. As a college student, he was recruited and later became the Vice President of the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s highly-recognized debate team.

Radio - In the early days of his career, Will worked as a Producer on the 98 Rock Morning Show as well as the nationally-syndicated Larry King Show, and even explored his own talk show. Will's creative radio experience helped him further tap into his ability to engage with his audience.

Law - As a seasoned and well-regarded trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Will has continued to fine tune his communication super powers in the courtroom. Will is highly skilled at bringing out the human aspects of his cases. He uses his expert knowledge of the Enneagram to navigate the complex personalities and motivations that affect client outcomes.

Enneagram - In 2003, Will discovered the Enneagram Personality System and found a passion for helping others understand this powerful tool. He is recognized by his peers as having a special gift for helping others find their personality types and by his clients for presenting the Enneagram curriculum in an engaging and compelling way.

Will has more than 300 hours of formal Enneagram training and is a Professional Member of the International Enneagram Association. He majored in Philosophy with a minor in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where he focused on philosophy of mind and philosophy of language.

At Aletheia, Will creates tailored consults, trainings, workshops for Law Firms, Professional Associations, B2B/B2C Businesses, Government Entities, and Private Individuals.
